Warsh: Economic growth momentum is strengthening, the problem is inflation
Odaily News: Federal Reserve Chair Warsh stated that since Fed policymakers last met in June, the U.S. economy has strengthened, the labor market is essentially at full employment, while inflation trends have shown no improvement. Warsh said, "Even in just the past few weeks, I think there is now a wide range of data indicating that the economy has indeed strengthened. The underlying momentum of economic growth is building. The problem is inflation — the issue of price stability has persisted for more than five and a half years." (Jinshi)
