Gold rises 1.3% to $4,352.13 per ounce
Odaily reports, according to the latest data from Gate, the price of gold has risen to $4,352.13 per ounce, up 1.34% intraday. The price of silver has risen to $64.616 per ounce, up 2.43% intraday.
In forex, the US dollar fell 0.06% against the offshore Chinese yuan (USD/CNH) intraday, with the current exchange rate at 6.70734. The US dollar rose 0.13% against the Japanese yen (USD/JPY) intraday, with the current exchange rate at 155.272.
In global stock indices, the Euro Stoxx 50 Index (EUSTX50) rose 0.11% intraday to 6,267.94 points; the UK FTSE 100 Index (UK100) rose 0.36% intraday to 10,723.1 points; the German DAX 40 Index (GER40) rose 0.2% intraday to 25,505.4 points.
In commodities, WTI crude oil fell 1.52% intraday to $104 per barrel. Brent crude oil fell 0.79% intraday to $108.28 per barrel.
