Circle CEO: Arc officially launches for everyone, aiming to build an open economic layer for the internet

Odaily News: Circle co-founder and CEO Jeremy Allaire stated that Circle's original vision at its founding was to build a new open economic layer for the internet, enabling currency, contracts, and machines to run on a new distributed computing engine.

Allaire said that this "operating system" has now officially launched for everyone through Arc.
