Odaily News: Satsuma Technology sold all 669.4867 bitcoins between July 24 and 31 at a volume-weighted average price of £46,767 per bitcoin, generating £31.912 million. The High Court of England approved the cancellation of 11.236 billion B shares on September 8 and determined that £30.719 million would be returned to eligible shareholders, at £0.002734 per B share; the relevant shareholders received one B share for each ordinary share held at the record time. After deducting approximately £2.6 million in transaction and termination costs and retaining £2 million in working capital, the funds are expected to be credited by cheque, bank account, or CREST on or before September 28. The company had previously expected to cancel its London listing on September 14, but the completion of the relevant progress has not yet been confirmed.
