Odaily: The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand has proposed new stablecoin regulations. Licensed crypto platforms would only be allowed to let customers deposit and withdraw stablecoins from their own verified accounts or wallets, and transfers to other people's wallets would be prohibited. The daily inflow and outflow limits per person per platform would each be capped at 5 million Thai baht, approximately $150,000. The proposal is currently in the public consultation stage, with a deadline for comments of September 25, and it has not yet taken effect.
