Bybit Plans to Launch Super App in Europe, Offering Bank Accounts, Stocks, and Derivatives Services

Odaily reports that Bybit founder and CEO Ben Zhou stated the company has obtained an Electronic Money Institution license from Austria's Financial Market Authority and already holds a MiCA license covering the EU market, with a MiFID license expected within approximately two months. Leveraging the Electronic Money Institution license, users will be able to open personal accounts with IBANs on Bybit in the future, for receiving salaries, paying bills, and conducting local and third-party transfers, as well as using stablecoins and other crypto assets.
