Biden's Son Meme Coin LAPTOP Token Disclosure: First-Day Airdrop of 100 Million Tokens, GSR and G20 Participate in Market Making

Odaily reported that Biden's son Meme coin LAPTOP has a total supply of 1 billion tokens, with 350 million unlocked at the Token Generation Event (TGE), accounting for 35% of the total supply. Among these, first-day community airdrops, future airdrops, and liquidity each account for 10%, while the foundation treasury holds 5%.

Of the 100 million LAPTOP tokens airdropped on the first day, 20 million are planned to be distributed by partner platforms to users who incurred losses from TRADING TRUMP, while 80 million will be allocated to users who subscribed to Hunter Biden's "Where's Hunter" Substack before September 6. The claim period is 30 days, after which any unclaimed tokens will be permanently burned; the 100 million tokens for future airdrops will be distributed at the discretion of the Phoenix Veritas Foundation.

The liquidity portion totals 100 million tokens and will be used to provide tokens to trading platforms, market makers, and decentralized exchange liquidity pools. The foundation has signed market-making loan agreements with G20 and GSR, lending out a combined 20.5 million LAPTOP tokens, representing 2.05% of the total supply. These tokens are included in the liquidity allocation and do not constitute additional issuance.
