Odaily News, September 7 — According to SoSoValue data, cryptocurrency market sectors showed mixed performance, with the AI sector standing out with a 2.10% gain over the past 24 hours. Among them, Bittensor (TAO) rose 10.03% and Pieverse (PIEVERSE) increased 5.18%. Meanwhile, Bitcoin (BTC) slipped 0.11%, dropping back below the $80,000 mark, while Ethereum (ETH) fell 0.11%, holding steady around $2,500.
In other sectors, the DeFi sector rose 1.21% over the past 24 hours, with Raydium (RAY) climbing 34.80% within the sector. The Layer 2 sector was up 0.82%, with Celestia (TIA) gaining 11.07%. The PayFi sector rose 0.53%, with Zcash (ZEC) adding 10.94%. The Layer 1 sector edged up 0.27%, with Injective (INJ) advancing 7.30%.
Additionally, the CeFi sector fell 1.87%, with Binance Coin (BNB) declining 2.36%. The Meme sector dropped 2.26%, with Pons (PONS) falling 15.43%. MarsCoin (MARSCOIN) decreased 33.83%.
The crypto sector index, which tracks historical sector performance, showed that the ssiAI, ssiDeFi, and ssiLayer2 indices rose 4.27%, 1.17%, and 1.01%, respectively.
