Odaily News: AMC Entertainment CEO Adam Aron has once again publicly responded to Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev, stating that his concerns over Robinhood's stock tokens are "almost a matter of corporate survival."

Adam Aron said that Robinhood offers AMC stock tokens through a Jersey-based structure without operating under the traditional U.S. securities law framework, calling this approach "shocking and shameful." He believes that such synthetic stock markets decouple token holdings from AMC's own fundraising capabilities, while stock tokens do not grant investors the shareholder rights—such as voting rights—that traditional stocks provide, potentially further undermining public trust in financial markets.

Adam Aron called on Vlad Tenev and Robinhood to voluntarily halt trading in AMC stock tokens, adding that AMC has retained external securities legal counsel to explore whether legal avenues could compel Robinhood to cease the related operations, and that it will also seek a response from the U.S. SEC.
