Figure Technology Solutions completes $717 million acquisition of Kiavi, expected to add $7 billion in tokenized loan volume

Figure Technology Solutions confirmed the completion of the deal through its announcement and the 8-K filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. According to the earlier announcement, Kiavi is expected to contribute over $7 billion in new first-lien mortgage volume to Figure Connect annually, while driving more than $100 million in monthly capital inflows into Democratized Prime, Figure's on-chain lending platform.
