Odaily News: Flop Labs, the AI agent project led by Arthur Hayes, has announced that it is building a GPU computing power exchange to facilitate the buying and selling of computing resources. Flop Labs noted that Nvidia's data center computing power sales reached $89 billion in a single quarter, up 117% year-over-year, yet GPU pricing remains unstandardized, with users still required to contact suppliers directly for quotes. On Flop, AI agents will use FLOP tokens to purchase computing power from miners, while validators will re-execute a portion of the completed computational work to verify the pricing basis used in transactions.
