The v32 release includes three major features: parallel block validation, which leverages multi-core CPUs to accelerate verification by 3x; global transaction rate limiting, which introduces a new global queue to enhance node stability during transaction surges and prevent low-performance nodes from becoming overloaded; and mempool-based dynamic fee estimation, which incorporates real-time mempool data to avoid overestimating fees during periods of high congestion. Bitcoin Core v32 is expected to be officially released in October. This upgrade does not introduce any network-wide protocol changes, but it will provide performance optimizations for node operators.
