理特朗普旗下Truth Social品牌ETF管理方将推出数字资产ETF

Odaily Planet Daily News: Yorkville America, the asset management firm managing the Truth Social-branded ETF under Trump, is nearing the completion of an acquisition deal. The company plans to expand its product line by acquiring an institutional asset management firm, with the transaction expected to be completed in September.

Yorkville CEO Steve Neamtz stated that this acquisition will be a significant step in the company's strategic expansion, pushing its business beyond the current product line focused primarily on "America First" political-themed ETFs and into a broader range of asset management.

Meanwhile, Yorkville launched the MANGOS Plus Index ETF on Monday, which will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NYSE Texas. This is Yorkville's first ETF managed without the Truth Social brand, primarily betting on popular companies in the AI industry chain.

The index tracked by this ETF covers "MANGOS"-related companies such as Meta, Anthropic, Nvidia, Alphabet, OpenAI, and SpaceX, while also including AI-concept stocks like Micron and SanDisk. For Anthropic and OpenAI, which are not yet publicly listed, the fund will gain price exposure through perpetual futures contracts.

Steve Neamtz said this marks Yorkville's first foray into the digital asset and crypto product space. The company has also filed applications to launch approximately 12 additional ETFs over the coming weeks to months, covering themes such as the digital economy and macro strategies. (Reuters)
