SK Hynix considers outsourcing some HBM4E Base Die orders to Intel's foundry

Odaily News: SK Hynix is considering outsourcing some Base Die orders for its seventh-generation HBM product, HBM4E, to Intel's foundry, aiming to establish a multi-vendor system, reduce supply chain concentration on TSMC, and enhance pricing negotiation power. Currently, SK Hynix's mass-produced HBM4 Base Dies are manufactured using TSMC's 12nm-class process technology. (Herald Economy)
