Gemini and Apex Plan to Expand Prediction Market Business, Offering Crypto Event Contracts to Brokerage Clients

Odaily News: Gemini has signed a letter of intent with Apex Fintech Solutions, planning to distribute Gemini's crypto prediction market contracts to broker clients served by Apex.

Under the agreement, Gemini Titan, a subsidiary of Gemini, will serve as the exclusive CFTC-regulated trading venue for Apex's Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs) to distribute crypto event contracts, with Gemini responsible for trade execution and clearing. This allows brokerages connected to Apex to offer these products to their clients without needing to directly connect to a prediction market exchange.

Gemini Titan received its CFTC Designated Contract Market (DCM) license in December 2025, and this April, Gemini Olympus obtained a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) license. Both parties expect to finalize the partnership details in the coming weeks. (CoinDesk)
