Solstice Finance Launches strcUSX on Solana, Splitting STRC Yield from Price Risk, with JR Token Targeting APY Above 20%

Odaily News: Solstice Finance has launched strcUSX on Solana, splitting the dividend income and price risk of STRC, a Series A perpetual preferred stock of Nasdaq-listed company Strategy, into senior and junior classes of tokens. STRC's annual dividend yield stands at 12%.
The senior tranche, SR-strcUSX, targets an annualized yield of approximately 7% and is prioritized for dividend income and principal repayment. The junior tranche, JR-strcUSX, absorbs the first losses from changes in market value and captures the remaining yield after payments to the senior tranche, targeting an annualized yield of over 20%.
Users who deposit USX into the strcUSX treasury receive tokens corresponding to their chosen risk level. Both token classes are native Solana assets and can be traded, used as collateral, or integrated into DeFi applications. Solstice Finance will also connect USX to Zebec Network's payroll infrastructure, which processes over $500 million in annual payroll and serves more than 50,000 monthly active users.
