This means that until the path forward for the Clarity Act becomes clearer, the exemption may remain on hold. The SEC still plans to hold a public meeting at 10 a.m. tomorrow, during which it intends to propose new rules and exemptions for fundraising transactions involving crypto assets, namely Regulation Crypto Assets.
