富途老虎期权内幕交易案范围大幅缩小至45人控制的47个账户,共获利1.55亿美元
Odaily News: After more than a month of broker data retrieval and account-by-account trade analysis, the plaintiffs—U.S. options market makers Susquehanna International Group and Citadel Securities—have significantly narrowed the scope of the alleged insider trading case involving Futu and Tiger Brokers options to 47 accounts controlled by 45 individuals. After comparing metrics such as trading profits, return rates, contract volumes, expiration dates, brokers, locations, and position-building times on an account-by-account basis, the total alleged insider trading profits have increased to $155 million.
The specific list of the 45 individuals has not yet been made public, but the vast majority are located outside the United States, with most residing in mainland China and Hong Kong. Among them, one individual controls three accounts. A few individuals have profited as much as tens of millions of dollars, while even the lowest earners have made hundreds of thousands of dollars.
