KIC makes first investment in Circle, holding shares worth approximately $4.1 million in Q2

Odaily News Data disclosed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shows that KIC held 65,443 shares of Circle as of the second quarter of 2026, with a position value of approximately $4.099 million (approximately 5.83 billion KRW). Previously, KIC's crypto-related holdings included Strategy, Coinbase, Block, Robinhood, and Riot Platforms. In the second quarter of 2026, KIC reduced its positions in Strategy, Coinbase, and Riot Platforms, while increasing its holdings in Block and Robinhood. The total value of these U.S. stock positions rose from $132 million in the first quarter to $168 million, an increase of 27%. Among them, the Strategy position decreased from $10.61 million to $7.17 million, down 32%; Coinbase decreased from $52.99 million to $36.93 million, down 30%; Block increased from $17.25 million to $27.34 million, up 58%; Robinhood increased from $45.88 million to $87.96 million, up 92%; and Riot Platforms increased from $4.95 million to $8.42 million, up 70%.
