OranjeBTC launches DIGY11, Brazil's B3 first Bitcoin ecosystem preferred stock ETF to distribute income monthly
Odaily News: Brazilian Bitcoin treasury company OranjeBTC has announced the launch of the Digital Yield ETF (DIGY11), managed by 3R Investimentos, with the index provided by MarketVector and Banco Daycoval serving as trustee. The ETF is expected to list on B3 in early September.
DIGY11 will trade in Brazilian reais on B3, offering daily liquidity and currency hedge protection. Income received from overseas assets in the fund will be converted into reais and distributed to holders monthly. The initial portfolio includes STRC issued by Strategy and SATA issued by Strive, with STRC having the highest allocation.
Under current market conditions, the fund's expected annual distribution yield is equivalent to CDI plus approximately 3% to 5%. This estimate does not account for changes in share value and does not constitute a yield guarantee. DIGY11 does not directly invest in Bitcoin; it tracks the MarketVector Bitcoin Treasury Preferred Equity BRL Hedged Index, jointly developed by OranjeBTC and MarketVector.
