The recruitment adopts a strict selection and invitation model, with dedicated business managers providing one-on-one onboarding support. The platform requires applicant merchants to be certified merchants on other platforms and have at least 180 days of industry experience; for senior high-tier merchants, a "Credential Fast-Track Channel" is open, allowing them to advance directly to institutional merchant status with relevant certifications and trading records, enjoying rapid review, 1V1 dedicated support, and platform traffic exposure.

To accelerate ecosystem development, Bitget has introduced a dual incentive program. New merchants who complete designated tasks can receive a 100 USDT onboarding reward; existing merchants who successfully refer each new merchant can earn up to 200 USDT per referral, with no cap on the number of referrals.
