Odaily News, according to sources related to Standard Chartered, Dian Point Fintech, led by Standard Chartered, has minted a stablecoin on a public blockchain and completed on-chain transfer testing. Specific issuance details, including cooperation arrangements with distributors, are expected to be announced in August. The company obtained one of the first stablecoin issuer licenses from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in April this year.
