Odaily Planet Daily News The migration of Coinbase International Exchange institutional clients to Deribit is scheduled for September 9. On that day, accounts, balances, and positions will be transferred to Deribit. Open orders will be canceled, and positions will be settled at market prices before being rebuilt on Deribit. Clients who do not wish to migrate must close positions and deactivate accounts by August 28; otherwise, they will be deemed to have accepted the migration. On the migration day, approximately 30 minutes of downtime is expected, during which positions will be settled at mark prices and then rebuilt on Deribit through matched migration trades. Existing API keys will not work on Deribit; clients will need to update endpoints and credentials. Historical data will remain available on the old API for approximately 12 months but will not be migrated to Deribit.
