US stock market opens with AI concept stocks broadly rising, Arm up over 16.5%

AI concept stocks saw broad gains, with Arm rising 16.5%, CoreWeave rising 13.75%, Astera Labs rising 12.73%, Microsoft rising 11.65%, and Teradyne rising 9.6%.
