According to public business registration information and disclosures by crypto KOL "Strange Thinking," Moonshot AI has been renamed to "Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd." and its corporate type has changed from a limited liability company to a non-listed joint-stock company. Meanwhile, Yang Zhiping has assumed the roles of Chairman and General Manager, with Zhang Zitong appointed as a Director and Song Sijia as Chief Financial Officer.

The market typically views such changes as an "equity system reform," a key step for domestic companies preparing for overseas listings. Previously, it was reported that Moonshot AI has sent shareholders' resolutions for a Hong Kong listing to investors, with a potential IPO completion as soon as within six months. However, the company has yet to officially announce its listing timeline.
