US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit Denies Kalshi's Request to Halt Enforcement of New York Gambling Law During Appeal

Odaily News: Attorney Daniel Wallach posted on platform X, stating that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has denied Kalshi's motion for an injunction to stay enforcement of the New York State gambling law pending appeal. The New York Attorney General may now seek injunctive relief and disgorgement of illegal proceeds against Kalshi in the New York County Supreme Court.
