Uzbekistan Launches Its First Tax-Free Crypto Mining Zone

Odaily reports: Uzbekistan has officially launched its first tax-free crypto mining zone, the Besqala Mining Valley. Miners will enjoy tax exemptions until 2035, while being required to pay 1% of their revenue and face electricity prices at 2 times the standard rate. The relevant bill was signed in April.
