财新:虚拟货币成邹市明夫妇债务中少数仍具追偿可能资产
Odaily Planet Daily reported that in the Zou Shiming couple's debt case, for their six natural person friend creditors, compared to other investment losses, the funds invested in P2P and virtual currencies are currently among the few assets where recovery remains possible.
Caixin stated that houses have been sold, luxury goods discounted, boxing gyms decommissioned, and cross-border projects shut down—all of these are sunk costs that are difficult to recover. However, if the P2P platforms have not yet been fully liquidated, or if wallet addresses remain traceable, there is still theoretical room for subrogation recovery of funds invested in P2P and virtual currencies.
Previously, Beijing prosecutors, through penetrating review and utilizing blockchain big data analysis tools to track virtual currency flows, successfully recovered over 89 million yuan in illicit funds. (Caixin)
