Iran launches strikes on U.S. military base

Odaily, July 29 - U.S. Central Command: At 5:45 PM Eastern Time today (5:45 AM Beijing Time on July 29), forces of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched multiple ballistic missiles from Iran in an attempt to conduct a surprise attack on U.S. troops stationed in the Middle East. All Iranian missiles were successfully intercepted. U.S. forces remain vigilant and on high alert.
