Core Scientific and AMD Reach Lease Agreement

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Core Scientific and AMD have announced a collaboration on infrastructure. AMD will receive warrants to subscribe for Core Scientific shares at market price. Through this partnership, AMD gains access to over 500 megawatts of computing capacity in the United States, and AMD has the ability to expand this capacity to 2.5 gigawatts in related transactions.
