NVIDIA to Acquire $1 Billion Stake in Naver

Odaily reported that NVIDIA will acquire $1 billion worth of shares in Naver, a South Korean internet portal operator. Meanwhile, Naver will cancel KRW 1 trillion worth of treasury shares.
