Now open to Brazilian users, Coinbase lists USDC-BRL trading pair

Odaily News: Coinbase announced today that it has added support for the USDC-BRL trading pair, which is now available to users located in Brazil. The trading pair will initially be listed on Coinbase Exchange, with a phased rollout to Coinbase.com, the Coinbase App, and Coinbase Advanced. This enables local users to directly trade and use the USDC stablecoin with Brazilian Real within a compliant framework.
