软银考虑收购机器人初创公司Gravis

According to people familiar with the matter, SoftBank Group is considering acquiring Gravis Robotics AG, as SoftBank targets the artificial intelligence sector underpinning robotics technology. SoftBank plans to make a large-scale investment in this European startup and incorporate it into its newly established company, Roze. The deal may be completed in stages by gradually acquiring existing shares and injecting new capital. One source said the transaction could ultimately value Gravis, headquartered in Zurich, at over $500 million. They noted that no final decision has been made yet regarding the size or structure of the deal.
