3 Whales Cut Losses of $7.26M on Long Positions, Tech Stock Slide Drives Out Bulls
According to Hyperinsight monitoring, during the midday hour, three whales sold off their existing long positions, with total transaction volume of approximately $7.2637 million, realizing a loss of about $79,800:
- Address starting with 0x960 liquidated 167.0 Nasdaq 100 long positions, with transaction volume of approximately $4.729 million, suffering a loss of around $46,000;
- Address starting with 0x943 liquidated 1,248.3 SKHX long positions, with transaction volume of approximately $1.502 million, suffering a loss of around $18,000, then flipped to short $225,700 worth of SKHX;
- Address starting with 0x61c liquidated 3,262.0 GOOGL long positions, with transaction volume of approximately $1.032 million, suffering a loss of around $14,000.
Of these, only the GOOGL position can be confirmed as triggered by a stop-loss order at $317, with the rest being active loss-cutting closures.
As of press time, SK Hynix, Google, and the Nasdaq 100 were down approximately 5.8%, 4.2%, and 1.9%, respectively.
