Philadelphia Semiconductor Index opens lower then rallies, Micron Technology up 3%

According to data from MSX.COM, the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index reversed course after opening lower and turned positive, with semiconductor hardware stocks rallying strongly. SK Hynix rose over 5%, while Western Digital and Micron Technology gained 3%. ASML, Intel, and Broadcom also turned positive.
