1. All three major US stock index futures are declining. Dow Jones futures are down 0.98%, S&P 500 futures are down 0.94%, and Nasdaq 100 futures are down 1.36%.

2. International oil prices surged during the day. WTI crude oil futures rose 4.68% to $90.896 per barrel; Brent crude oil futures rose 3.87% to $93.670 per barrel.

3. International spot gold and silver prices fell collectively. Spot gold fell 1.57% to $4,064.97 per ounce; spot silver fell 2.82% to $58.00 per ounce.

4. Losses widened across Europe's three major stock indexes. The UK FTSE 100 fell 0.45%, France's CAC 40 fell 1.28%, and Germany's DAX 30 fell 0.91%.
