Korean Mirae Asset Completes Acquisition of Korbit

Odaily reports that Korean Mirae Asset has completed its acquisition of local crypto exchange Korbit. Korbit stated that its operating entity, user deposits, and personal data processing remain unchanged. Previously, Mirae Asset Group received approval to acquire a 92.06% stake in Korbit for 133.4 billion Korean won.
