Ionic Digital's Registration Statement Declared Effective by SEC, to List on Nasdaq on July 28
Odaily Bitcoin mining company Ionic Digital has announced that its registration statement has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company expects to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 28, 2026, under the ticker symbol "IOND."
The listing will be conducted via a Direct Listing method, rather than a traditional Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company will not issue new shares nor raise capital through the listing. Instead, it will permit existing registered shareholders to directly sell their shares on the open market.
Ionic Digital stated that this listing will provide a liquidity channel for its shareholders, including a significant number of investors who acquired company shares through the bankruptcy restructuring of the crypto lending platform Celsius Network. (Theenergymag)
