北京将在2026年下半年布局建设Token工厂

Odaily reported that the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology revealed that in the first half of the year, the added value of the city's digital economy grew by 7.8%, of which the added value of the core digital economy industries grew by 9.8%, significantly driving the city's GDP growth. In the second half of the year, Beijing will promote the full empowerment of artificial intelligence across various domains, driving applications of intelligent translation and real-time interpretation in areas such as cultural tourism and consumption. Also in the second half, the bureau will focus on the key annual tasks of building a benchmark city for the digital economy, deeply implement the "AI+" action plan, and fully unleash the new momentum of the intelligent economy.

It will formulate policies for the development of the Token economy, focusing on key aspects such as Token production, distribution, and application, and will establish Token factories and Token distribution platforms, promoting innovative applications in key fields like industry, education, and cultural tourism. Event series such as "InnoWin Future" OPC roadshows will be held to stimulate the AI application and creative vitality of super individuals. High-quality AIGC training courses tailored for OPC will be developed to unlock the value of AIGC technology. Leveraging the Open Source Chip Research Institute and the Beijing Tongminghu Information Technology Application Innovation Center, an open-source ecosystem of "RISC-V + AI OS" will be created, building a full-stack, independently controllable technical system from chip instruction sets to operating systems and intelligent agent applications.
