ChangXin Memory Technologies: IPO Results Announced, Online Investors Forfeit 6.58 Million Shares

Odaily reported that ChangXin Memory Technologies announced the results of its initial public offering of shares on the STAR Market. Online investors made payments for the subscription of 3,844,517,273 shares and forfeited 6,586,227 shares; offline institutional investors paid for 2,173,101,821 shares and forfeited 31,567 shares. The joint lead underwriters subscribed to 6,617,794 shares, amounting to 57.3101 million yuan. Before the exercise of the over-allotment option, the issuance costs totaled 281 million yuan. (Jin Shi)
