Galaxy Signs 15-Year Strategic Partnership with Texas Tech, Secures Football Stadium Naming Rights
Odaily Planet Daily News: Digital asset firm Galaxy Digital has signed a 15-year long-term strategic cooperation agreement with Texas Tech University. Starting from the 2026 season, the university's home football stadium will be officially renamed Galaxy Stadium.
According to the agreement, Galaxy will become the official data center and exclusive digital asset partner for the university's athletic department. The partnership covers football, men's and women's basketball programs, and includes the commercial development of student-athlete NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) rights. Additionally, both parties will collaborate on research and industry projects involving artificial intelligence technology development and campus talent cultivation. The specific financial terms of this agreement have not yet been disclosed.
