富途控股在美国遭股东提起证券集体诉讼

Odaily报道 Futu Holdings has been hit with a securities class action lawsuit in the United States after a shareholder recently filed a securities class action complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The lawsuit accuses Futu Holdings, its founder, Chairman, and CEO Leaf Hua Li, and CFO Yu Chen of violating the anti-fraud and control person liability provisions of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Previously, market makers Susquehanna International Group and Citadel Securities had already sued options insider traders related to Futu Holdings and UP Fintech (Tiger Brokers). It is reported that Leaf Hua Li comes from the Tencent system and was the 18th founding employee of Tencent. He was an early participant in the development of Tencent QQ, the founder of Tencent Video, and also served as the head of Tencent's multimedia business and innovation center.
