US officials confirm that Nvidia's H200 chips have begun shipping to China, but delivery volume remains limited

Odaily Planet Daily reported that a senior U.S. official has confirmed that Nvidia's H200 AI chips, designed for the Chinese market, have started shipping. However, the official noted that the actual delivery volume is currently "very small" and has yet to reach large-scale supply. Previously, the U.S. Department of Commerce had approved around 10 Chinese companies to purchase Nvidia's H200 chips. The H200 is a high-performance GPU launched by Nvidia for AI training and inference, and it is currently one of the most advanced AI chips permitted for export to China.
