Telegram core domain t.me set to serverHold by .me registry, t.me links temporarily inaccessible

According to a post by International Cyber Digest on X, Telegram's core domain t.me has been placed in serverHold status by the .me domain registry. This status means the domain will be removed from the global DNS system, rendering all links starting with t.me/ temporarily inaccessible. Domain records indicate the change occurred today. As of now, Telegram, the .me domain registry, and its backend operator Identity Digital have not yet issued a public statement regarding this matter.
