According to Gate data, US and Brent crude oil prices continue to climb in the short term. WTI crude oil has broken above $75 per barrel, up 5.01% intraday. Brent crude oil has surged 5.00% intraday, now trading at $79.74 per barrel.
Crude oil futures contracts have risen sharply in the short term, with SC crude oil extending gains to 2.21%, now trading at 481.5 yuan per barrel. Low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) has extended gains to 1.92%, now trading at 4,195 yuan per ton. Fuel oil has extended gains to 2.51%, now at 3,312 yuan per ton. Asphalt has extended gains to 3.13%, now trading at 3,960 yuan per ton.
On the news front, Trump has announced the reinstatement of the blockade on Iran.
