Odaily reported that Claude announced on X platform that it has extended the subscription period for Claude Fable 5 by another 7 days until July 19. OpenAI announced on X platform that it has temporarily removed the 5-hour usage limit for Codex, with the duration of this change remaining unknown.

Previously, due to sustained tight computing capacity, Claude has repeatedly postponed the date of switching Claude Fable 5 to a pay-as-you-go model.
