唐杰内部信称将开启Touch High（摸高）计划，续聚焦于AGI研究

Odaily Odaily reports that today, Zhipu founder Tang Jie released an internal letter, elaborating on the company's understanding of the upcoming competition in AGI. In the letter, Tang stated that Zhipu will continue to follow its so-called "counter-intuitive" path, launching the "Touch High" plan, which means continuing to focus on AGI research rather than short-term commercial monetization. On the road to the end point of AGI, there are several mountains that must be climbed, which are also where the current technology wave is most turbulent. Tang listed four peaks: Long Horizon Task, Autonomous Agent System, Fully Self Training, and Extreme Safety Governance.

Among them, Extreme Safety Governance was particularly emphasized. Zhipu plans to invest tens of billions of resources to tackle mechanistic interpretability, which means clarifying the neural logic behind model decisions and promoting the transformation from a black-box system to a transparent and interpretable system.
