According to Odaily, there are reports that Tencent is in discussions to become the largest shareholder of Manus, an AI Agent company. The reports indicate that a Chinese capital syndicate led by Tencent is set to repurchase all equity of Manus from Meta at a valuation of approximately $2 billion. A reporter sought confirmation from Tencent, but as of press time, Tencent had not responded.
