OpenAI security chief Johannes Heidecke to depart
Odaily In an internal memo, OpenAI's Chief Research Officer Mark Chen disclosed that security chief Johannes Heidecke will leave the company following an internal restructuring. Balancing the drive for model capability development while reducing potential risks has become a critical issue for both OpenAI and the broader AI industry.
Previously, Apple Inc. has officially sued OpenAI for theft of trade secrets, alleging that the company and its hardware lead were involved in an organized effort to steal Apple's information about upcoming products.
