Story officially rebrands to DATA, integrates the world's largest AI data marketplace Kled, and announces strategic partnership with Toss on the same day

Odaily reported that Story (IP) officially rebranded to DATA Foundation today, with IP tokens converted to DATA at a 1:1 ratio, maintaining the same holder count. Trace, the world's first public audit platform for AI training data, was also launched simultaneously, positioning itself as "the Etherscan of AI training data." DATA rose 28% today.

DATA announced a completed technical integration with Kled, the world's largest voluntary-contribution AI data marketplace. Approximately 1.1 billion pieces of licensed data have now been connected to the DATA Network, with an expected daily addition of 10 million new data registrations. By year-end, the project aims to rank among the top ten globally in gas fee revenue.

Poseidon (led by a16z, raising $15 million), a project within the DATA ecosystem, announced a strategic partnership with Korean fintech app Toss (approximately 30 million users). Its data contribution app Numo has been integrated into Toss as a mini-program, allowing users to participate in voice, image, and POV behavioral data production without downloading, while receiving on-chain rewards in real time. The two parties plan to start with Korea and gradually expand globally.

Poseidon has completed a $15 million seed round led by a16z. Its contributor app Numo has already accumulated over 711,000 on-chain data registration records globally and is now available via iOS, Android, and Toss app.
